Shipping policy

Order Processing:

We generally take 2-3 business days to process your order. For orders that include customizations of any kind, it may take up to 7-10 business days. International orders may take anywhere between 10-30 days to deliver.

 

Delivery & Rates:

Orders once shipped generally take 2-5 days to be delivered. Shipping is free for orders from India. International shipping will incur an additional charge of ₹6000 at checkout.

International Shipments:

Your order may be subject to import duties and taxes (including VAT), which are incurred once a shipment reaches your destination country. Chhaya Gandhi Design Studio is not responsible for these charges if they are applied and are your responsibility as the customer.
