Refund and Exchange Policy
Cancellations
Orders once made, cannot be cancelled.
Exchange Eligibility
We offer a 7-day window, only for size exchanges from the date of delivery.
Items must be unworn, unused, with original tags attached and in their original packaging. You must provide a valid receipt or proof of purchase. Your order ID or receipt email is enough.
Exchange Process
- WhatsApp us at +91 79774 57726 within 7 days of receiving your item.
- Inform us of the size / fit issue you are having, and what is your preferred size.
- Subject to availability of the requested size, we will approve the exchange request and schedule a pickup for the item.
- Once received and inspected, we will process your exchange for the same item in a different size.
Important Notes
- We take great care to check the quality of each item before it is shipped, so we don’t accept returns for quality-related reasons. To help you find the perfect fit and avoid any hassle, please check our size charts before placing your order. If you're unsure or need any advice about sizing, just reach out to us—we’re here to help!
- Exchanges are subject to product availability and our discretion.
- If more than 7 business days have passed since we approved your exchange, please contact us for an update.
